Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

UK Orders

Under 1Kg in weight are dispatched by either Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post or by courier as specified at checkout.
Over 1kg in weight are dispatched by courier.

First Class recorded delivery usually delivers within 1-3 days from time of dispatch.*
Standard Courier service will usually deliver within 2-3 days from time of dispatch.*
Next Day Courier service will usually deliver next day after dispatch.*

International Orders

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Rasmi Electronics Ltd will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been pre-authorised by Rasmi Electronics Ltd, and the goods are received by Rasmi Electronics Ltd in stock condition, with original packaging, Rasmi Electronics Ltd retains the right at its sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods, rectify the goods or issue a credit note in respect thereof. Rasmi Electronics Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on goods returned for credit which are not in stock condition.

The purchaser shall, unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned by the purchaser to Rasmi Electronics Ltd for service or credit, the goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by Rasmi Electronics Ltd. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser.

If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions.

This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English Law.
